MSF Academy Director

As the MSF Academy Director, your objective is to ensure that MSF Academy is able to produce strong results for MSF and its learners. This you can achieve through a long-term, dynamic strategy that aligns with MSF's needs, pertinent and well-implemented programs meeting quality criteria, a functional team, effective monitoring and evaluation, positive collaboration with MSF stakeholders, strategic partnerships with external entities, and sound resource and budget management, including attracting donor funds for over half of the budget and fostering internal collaboration for collective investment projects within the movement

Representative in Yemen

The main objective of a clinical mentor is to ensure the facilitation, mentoring and implementation of the MSF Academy learning activities in the selected MSF projects in the country according to MSF’s protocols, standards and procedures to ensure the delivery of quality medical care for patients and their communities and to improve the health condition of the population. As the Academy Representative, you are responsible for MSF Academy’s operational response in the country and coordinating MSF Academy programme execution, promotion and representation toward the relevant national and international authorities and training institutions.
