Op\u00e9rant dans de nombreux contextes \u00e0 faibles ressources, o\u00f9 la majorit\u00e9 de son personnel m\u00e9dical est recrut\u00e9 localement, MSF investit dans le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel continu de ses \u00e9quipes.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#8217;est dans ce cadre que l&#8217;Acad\u00e9mie MSF pour les Soins de Sant\u00e9 a vu le jour, offrant des programmes de formation \u00e0 long terme sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de MSF sur le terrain, en se concentrant sur certaines professions de sant\u00e9. Ces initiatives permettent aux travailleurs de la sant\u00e9 de MSF qui, dans de nombreux cas, n&#8217;ont pas eu acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une formation pratique sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e, d&#8217;<strong>acqu\u00e9rir des connaissances et des comp\u00e9tences gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un mentorat clinique personnalis\u00e9, directement sur leur lieu de travail<\/strong>. Ce processus permet d\u2019<strong>identifier les lacunes en termes de connaissances, de pratiques et de comportements dans un groupe de personnel donn\u00e9<\/strong> et de d\u00e9terminer quel programme de formation permettrait de combler ces lacunes. \u00c0 travers des \u00e9changes avec les parties concern\u00e9es au sein du mouvement MSF, l&#8217;objectif est d\u2019appr\u00e9hender les d\u00e9fis r\u00e9els rencontr\u00e9s par le personnel sur le terrain, compte tenu des contextes uniques dans lesquels MSF op\u00e8re. Les programmes d&#8217;apprentissage sont bas\u00e9s sur une approche par comp\u00e9tences : ils s&#8217;articulent autour des comp\u00e9tences requises pour accomplir les t\u00e2ches de la fonction concern\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois ces besoins identifi\u00e9s, l&#8217;Acad\u00e9mie \u00e9labore un programme d&#8217;\u00e9tudes bas\u00e9 sur les comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 renforcer, contenant du mat\u00e9riel th\u00e9orique et des activit\u00e9s p\u00e9dagogiques qui constituent l&#8217;\u00e9pine dorsale de la formation. Ce processus est le fruit d&#8217;un effort de collaboration entre divers experts du sujet ayant une vaste exp\u00e9rience avec MSF.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les sessions de formation vont au-del\u00e0 des cours magistraux traditionnels, <strong>plongeant les apprenants dans la pratique et des simulations en utilisant des mannequins et du mat\u00e9riel m\u00e9dical, des \u00e9tudes de cas, des jeux de r\u00f4le ou des sc\u00e9narios inspir\u00e9s des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s<\/strong> du terrain. Cette m\u00e9thode permet de combler le foss\u00e9 critique entre les connaissances et la pratique, en veillant \u00e0 ce que les travailleurs de la sant\u00e9 acqui\u00e8rent non seulement davantage de connaissances, mais aussi une plus grande capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 appliquer leurs comp\u00e9tences sous pression.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-h-6-font-size\"><sub> En tant que mentor clinique, la chose la plus importante, c&#8217;est la passion. J&#8217;ai occup\u00e9 plusieurs fonctions chez MSF, notamment en tant que superviseur des infirmiers, o\u00f9 j&#8217;organisais des formations \u00e0 ma mani\u00e8re. Lorsque j&#8217;ai commenc\u00e9 le mentorat avec MSF, ma vie professionnelle a pris un nouvel \u00e9lan. L&#8217;approche p\u00e9dagogique de l&#8217;Acad\u00e9mie MSF est tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rente de celle que j\u2019ai connue dans mon \u00e9tablissement scolaire. Les infirmiers, les sages-femmes et les prestataires de soins ambulatoires participant aux programmes de formation sont observ\u00e9s par leurs mentors, qui leur fournissent un feedback et un soutien adapt\u00e9s aux comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper. En parall\u00e8le, l&#8217;Acad\u00e9mie MSF propose un mentorat et un tutorat en ligne pour les participants aux programmes d&#8217;apprentissage hybrides ou \u00e0 distance. Les apprenants sont soutenus par leurs mentors tout au long du programme de formation, <strong>\u00e9tablissant une relation de confiance qui renforce leurs comp\u00e9tences et leurs comportements dans un environnement s\u00e9curis\u00e9<\/strong>. Ensemble, ils \u00e9tablissent un plan d&#8217;apprentissage, utilisent des sc\u00e9narios de travail r\u00e9els comme opportunit\u00e9s de formation, discutent des d\u00e9fis rencontr\u00e9s dans leurs activit\u00e9s quotidiennes et recherchent des solutions. L&#8217;objectif est d&#8217;aider les apprenants \u00e0 transf\u00e9rer leurs nouvelles connaissances, aptitudes et comp\u00e9tences dans leur pratique professionnelle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:28px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-h-6-font-size\"><sub>Si les apprenants ne sont pas accompagn\u00e9s et ne mettent pas en pratique leurs comp\u00e9tences, ils oublient. Quand on fait un geste et qu\u2019on se regarde dans un miroir, on peut \u00e9valuer si ce que l&#8217;on fait est correct ; avec l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie, le mentor joue ce r\u00f4le de miroir. Si j&#8217;ai l&#8217;habitude de r\u00e9aliser un geste infirmier sans personne pour me corriger, je continue \u00e0 le faire de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on. Mais lorsqu&#8217;il y a quelqu&#8217;un qui m&#8217;observe et m&#8217;aide \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre mes erreurs mais \u00e9galement ce que je fais bien, c&#8217;est comme se regarder dans un miroir. Comme les apprenants doivent concilier leur formation avec leur travail et leurs responsabilit\u00e9s personnelles, il peut \u00eatre difficile pour certains d&#8217;entre eux de rester fortement engag\u00e9s. Les mentors surveillent l&#8217;engagement de chacun et, si n\u00e9cessaire, <strong>trouvent des solutions sur mesure pour faciliter leur implication<\/strong>, par exemple en adaptant le calendrier du mentorat ou en organisant des sessions de rattrapage.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les mentors et les tuteurs b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient eux aussi de l\u2019accompagnement de l&#8217;Acad\u00e9mie MSF \u00e0 travers des cours de formation sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s et d&#8217;ateliers<\/strong> visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leurs comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de facilitation et de mentorat. Le contenu des formations est souvent <strong>adapt\u00e9 en fonction du contexte sp\u00e9cifique dans lequel elles sont mises en \u0153uvre<\/strong>, en se concentrant sur les sujets dont les apprenants ont le plus besoin. Les facilitateurs sont aussi encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 adapter les plans de session en fonction des niveaux sp\u00e9cifiques et des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents des participants.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le contenu de la formation n&#8217;est pas statique ; il s&#8217;adapte aux derni\u00e8res directives m\u00e9dicales et aux protocoles de MSF, et les outils p\u00e9dagogiques sont \u00e9galement am\u00e9lior\u00e9s en continu pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins et aux retours d&#8217;information des apprenants et des mentors. Aujourd&#8217;hui, 64 mentors et tuteurs soutiennent plus de 990 apprenants \u00e0 travers le monde.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En identifiant les besoins d&#8217;apprentissage sp\u00e9cifiques, en d\u00e9veloppant des programmes bas\u00e9s sur les comp\u00e9tences, en mettant en \u0153uvre des activit\u00e9s p\u00e9dagogiques pratiques bas\u00e9es sur le travail et en offrant un accompagnement individualis\u00e9 via le mentorat clinique<\/strong>, MSF s&#8217;assure que le personnel de sant\u00e9 est non seulement bien \u00e9quip\u00e9, mais qu&#8217;il se sent \u00e9galement plus confiant et engag\u00e9. L&#8217;objectif est que cet engagement en faveur d&#8217;un d\u00e9veloppement professionnel continu contribue directement \u00e0 l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 des soins prodigu\u00e9s aux patients tout en renfor\u00e7ant l&#8217;ensemble des infrastructures de sant\u00e9 au sein des communaut\u00e9s desservies par MSF.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-h-6-font-size\"><sub>Dans une enqu\u00eate que nous avons men\u00e9e sur l&#8217;impact du programme, les participants ont cit\u00e9 les s\u00e9ances de mentorat individuel comme l&#8217;activit\u00e9 la plus efficace.
